About Jennifer

Jennifer Gingras is passionate about helping couples navigate relationship issues with a special focus on affair recovery and premarital counseling. She also works with individuals struggling with many presenting concerns including depression and anxiety.

Prior to starting her own private practice, Jennifer served on the therapy team of Currents Counseling Services in Winter Park for several years. She is also an active contributor to the content and services of of AffairHealing.com, a leading resource for affair recovery solutions.

Jennifer received her graduate degree in Marriage & Family Counseling at the University of Central Florida and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT3924). Jennifer's objective is to use her training as a counselor, along with her personal experiences, to help guide clients toward reaching their goals. Her strengths as a counselor are empathy and utilizing a client-centered approach that focuses on acceptance and understanding.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves to participate in running and triathlon events and has completed a marathon and two Half- I​ronmans.
